Services

Everything at BioPsyche runs through the same lens: a specialist focus on occupational psychological harm, delivered with a neuro-informed, whole-person approach. Face-to-face sessions in Mooloolaba; phone and video appointments Australia-wide.

Individual therapy

Therapy for the harm work leaves behind — burnout, moral injury, workplace trauma and bullying, chronic occupational stress, and the anxiety, depression and identity questions that travel with them. Whether you’re still working, on leave, in a WorkCover process, or somewhere in between, sessions are tailored to where your nervous system actually is, not where anyone thinks it should be.

I also welcome adults seeking support beyond the workplace — anxiety, depression, menopause-related changes, self-esteem and identity. The approach is the same: steady, evidence-based, and at your pace.

Adult ADHD and autism assessments

Comprehensive assessments for adults — clinical interview, evidence-based screening tools, and a functional impact evaluation. Many people seek assessment after years of workplace struggle that never quite made sense: burnout that arrives faster than it does for colleagues, exhaustion from masking, environments that demand what your brain was never built to give. Understanding your neurotype is often the missing piece of the occupational picture.

Assessments support self-understanding, workplace and academic adjustments, NDIS eligibility, and formal diagnosis. Available face-to-face or by secure video.

Clinical supervision

As a Board-Approved Supervisor (Psychology Board of Australia), I provide clinical supervision for provisional, early-career and registered psychologists, and reflective supervision for counsellors, social workers and support workers.

Supervision here is collaborative, trauma-informed and honest about the occupational realities of this work — caseload strain, vicarious trauma, moral distress, and the quiet erosion that no one mentions in training. If you’re a practitioner whose own work is hurting them, supervision and therapy are different doors; I’m happy to help you work out which one you need.
