With over 25 years of experience in psychology, my background spans employment and work rehabilitation, disability services, private practice, and employee assistance program (EAP) services. My therapeutic style is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative — creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood.
Alongside my psychology qualifications, I hold a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, giving me a deeper understanding of the biological foundations of mental health and the connection between mind and body.
